Pay online, by phone or OFFLINE at your local branch by Bank Transfer or International Bank Transfer,
If you wish to use Bank Transfer, all the details and necessary codes will be given to you when you checkout, it is very easy to do online, by phone or in your local branch and is quicker than a cheque (If you bank with HALIFAX or pay into any branch, the transfer is instant). International buyers must pay any transfer fees if your bank requests it.

Cheques are accepted but please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.

If paying by Postal order, your order will be dispatched on receipt of the Postal order

- CASH
UK Cash can be sent at your own risk, registered or recorded mail is recommended for this.

I will also accept $USD cash and €EURO cash (Notes Only) but a 10% surcharge will apply to the total order to allow for UK bank exchange fees.

- USA PERSONAL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS
These can be accepted but a 10% surcharge will apply to the total order to allow for UK bank encashment fees.


PACKAGING

All orders are mailed in quality, strong secure packaging to ensure protection of your item(s).


POSTAL DELIVERY

Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch of all orders. Once received & cleared, the following will apply:

Orders placed by 12 Noon (Mon - Sat) will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.

Postage / Shipping cost is determined by weight and destination, multiple purchases will be combined into one package where possible and the savings passed on to you, for instance, it is much cheaper to mail 5 CDs or Records together than it is to mail them individually. So, the more you order in one visit, the more you save on shipping. you can view your shopping cart and check the shipping amount before you pay so no surprises.

Please ensure you select the correct postage option for your country. If you choose the wrong option, you will be invoiced for the difference and this will have to be paid before goods can be dispatched.

UK DELIVERY

Items are mailed by 1st class post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £39.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 2-3 working days

EUROPE DELIVERY

Items are mailed by Airmail post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £39.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 4-6 working days and also allow for possible security inspections by Customs officers which can add to the delivery time.

REST OF THE WORLD

Items are mailed by Airmail post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £39.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 6-10 working days and also allow for possible security inspections by Customs officers which can add to the delivery time.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR CERTAIN COUNTRIES

Orders sent to ITALY and some SOUTH AMERICAN countries can occasionally take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs procedures in those countries so if you are ordering from here please allow for this possibility.

BRAZIL - Due to a large percentage of missing packages, items shipped to Brazil can only be sent using registered airmail, please select this option during checkout if ordering from Brazil.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

As orders are dispatched either same day / next working day, orders can be cancelled at no charge if cancelled prior to dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it will have to be returned at your expense for a refund. *Please see notes on Returns below.


RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with an item, a replacement (where available) can be sent or a full refund or store credit given if you prefer on return of the item

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in secure packaging in the same condition that you received it in. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, postage costs will not be refunded.

If you have any issues or problems with any item, please contact me, I will always work with buyers toward a satisfactory solution.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Photographic evidence maybe required of the fault / damage of the item or the product if I do do not require the item to be returned, this is often a requirement by the mail company as part of their claims process.


PRIVACY POLICY

Your credit or debit card details are never available to me as I only accept cards through Google Checkout or Paypal who are third party payment processors, this is an extremely safe process, they take your details and payment on their secure servers and then pass the money over to me.

 

I will never use your details for any other purpose other than for processing & dispatching your order and occasionally contacting you about discounts or special offers.
I will never pass on any of my customers details to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.
All details I have of my customers are kept within my securely hosted website for my future reference only, in case of queries on orders & complaints etc.
