Nick Rhodes Solo

Nick Rhodes (real name Nicholas James Bates was born on June 8,1962) is the keyboard player for Duran Duran. Nick Rhodes and vocalist Simon Le Bon are the only members to have been with DD for the whole of it's 29-year professional career (which began in 1980). Nick is the youngest member of Duran and the only member to have been with the band since it was created in 1978.

Nick was also a member of the Duran Duran side project, Arcadia in 1985 and The Devils in 2002 with Stephen "Tin Tin" Duffy who was the lead singer with Duran when they were founded in 1978.

Nick Rhodes became a lover of the art world early in his career, he made friends with Andy Warhol and The Factory crowd, and attended art exhibitions all around the world. At the end of 1984, he created his own book of abstract art photography called Interference.
